Use your own supplier parts and pricing

SPARX can use suitable parts from your AroFlo inventory in its assemblies, with your supplier pricing applied where matches are available. This is called parts substitution.

After implementation, use the SPARX Update Template for subsequent supplier pricing imports. This preserves the unit-of-measure adjustments made during implementation.

The Commercial library includes all assemblies in the Domestic library. The Industrial library includes all assemblies in both the Domestic and Commercial libraries.

Yes, where suitable matches are available. During implementation, we assess your prepared AroFlo inventory export and match suitable supplier parts to SPARX assemblies. Your supplier pricing is used for the matched parts.
Not necessarily. Matching depends on your suppliers and the information available in your inventory export. We assess the export to identify suitable matches.
To use your supplier parts and pricing, first prepare and import your supplier pricing using the SPARX Import Template. Our implementation guide explains the required file format and steps.
SPARX assesses your inventory export, matches suitable supplier parts and applies the necessary unit-of-measure adjustments.

We then generate your SPARX Pricebook and Inventory Lists files and send them to AroFlo Support for importing into your account.

We share the support ticket with you so you can follow up with AroFlo Support.
We currently support suppliers within the MMEM, CNW, L&H, Rexel and Middys groups, along with TradeZone and Voltex.

If your supplier isn’t listed, get in touch before ordering so we can confirm what’s possible.
Supplier parts and prices can be expressed in different units. During implementation, we apply the adjustments needed to express relevant parts and their prices consistently, such as per each or per metre.

These adjustments help ensure the correct material quantities and costs are used in your estimates.
SPARX labour fit times have been developed from decades of practical industry and estimating experience. All Fit times can be adjusted.
